Our client, an engineering company based in Dubai is urgently looking for an Executive Secretary (Japanese Speaker).
Requirements:
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executives behalf
Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company
Update spreadsheets used by accounting and production as requested
Assist with billing by preparing and sending invoices maintain client databases track accounts oversee the invoice workflow, and assist in copying and distributing production orders and other internal documents as requested
Organizing meetings
Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
Supporting members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance
Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
WORKING HOURS: 8:00 am to 6:00pm from Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 12:00pm on Friday
