Data Center Support Admin
The Infrastructure Operations (Data Center) Team is the backbone of AWS, supporting the rapidly growing AWS business and customers 24/7. We are committed to maintain the physical infrastructure of AWS, ensuring the standards for operational performance in the areas of safety, security, availability, productivity, capacity, efficiency, and cost.

Amazon Web Services is seeking bright, motivated, hardworking individuals to fill AWS Data Center support admin position. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a commitment to Operational Excellence. You will use your expertise for:
. Document preparation: monthly and quarterly technical & financial reports
. Asset and Inventory management.
. Metrics and Dashboards management
. Creativity in Newsletters creation and communication tools management.
. Organization of events, meetings, all hands and cluster activities.
Basic Qualifications :

. English written and spoken
. Interest in operation & maintenance of a Data Centre or Critical space facility
. Effective problem-solving skills
. Possess excellent communication and writing skills, attention to detail, maintain high quality standards.
. Organized and have the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines and budget Knowledge of main Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
. Previous experience in administrative support roles in other organizations
. Multi-tasking skills to work with different teams that support data center operations.
. Analytical ability to work with different tools to produce analysis reports.
. Team player able to create solid boundaries with other stakeholders and gain their trust
. Eagerness to learn/Motivated/Self-starter

. Ability to work cross-functionally to solve problems.
. Possess leadership and problem-solving skills
. Self-motivated to perform the duty with minimum supervision.
. Direct experience with the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of mission critical facilities, especially data centers.
. Master/Bachelor degree candidate or equivalent in computer science, industrial engineering or related areas of information science.
. Experience of working within a complex environment set-up within a multinational company
. Good knowledge of IT and network equipment
. Ability to identify issues, develop solutions and drive result
. Experience using a variety of web based and other software tools for calculation and data processing.
. Familiar with web-based tools (ERP, CMMS, CRM)
. Knowledge of building codes and regulations for your region.
. Meets/exceeds Amazon's leadership principles requirements for this role
