Assistant Guest Relations/Club Millesime Manager
We are looking for an Assistant Guest Relations/ Club Millesime Manager to be an effective part and a great assist to the Front Office department and help in the development of the hotel.

What you will be doing:

  • Fully in charge of the Club Millsime overall operation.
  • Controls the proper work of the overall Club operation (Welcome Desk & Lounge) to ensure that the Club Millsime standards & procedures are properly applied.
  • To be present in the lounge during breakfast time and happy hour time, to play Public Relation role.
  • Ensures the team has good knowledge of the Club, especially the VIP movements, standard & Procedure
  • Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction.
  • Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones
  • Expect and react promptly to guests requirements and inquires
  • Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests especially the VIPs
  • Direct, coach and manage guest relations team to ensure all standards and operating procedures are adhered to
  • Examine activities logbook, assign tasks appropriately and implement control schedule daily

Your experience and skills include:

  • Minimum experience of two years in a similar role in 5-star Luxury Hotel.
  • Knowledge in MS Office and Opera system.
  • The ability to work under pressure, multitask and can think outside the box to create a magnifique experience for each guests.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and pride in personal presentation.
  • A people person who is able to make genuine connections with their colleagues and guests.
  • A genuine passion for customer service with a strong focus on always making our guest's feel welcome during their stay.
