الوصف الوظيفي
- Conduct planning in order to identify solutions regarding manpower requirements of departments (OPM)
- Liaise with HR and Admin Manager on staff planning issues, strategies, company objectives
- Review the estimated staff requirements in order to determine ways on meeting the current and future manpower needs
- Maintain the organization structure for the whole organization and implement changes as approved by HR and Admin Manager
- Assist in company engagement activities
- Develop a succession planning program for Management employees for the entire company and discuss with HR and Admin Manager those suitably qualified and experienced successors.
- Monitor status and trends in retention, development, and turnover of employees and submit report to HR and Admin Manager.
- Ensure that staffs are deployed in proper positions according to skills, experiences and overall objectives and goals of company
- Review and update company policies and procedures and ensure that the policies are properly implemented and disseminated to the entire company
- Review and update the job descriptions for the whole company and ensure it is properly communicated to entire company.
- Prepare and update the Grade and Position Groupings and regularly review it to ensure its alignment to latest trends in the market
- Ensure that the Performance Evaluation policy is implemented properly for the entire company.
- Develop career path profiles for all positions in coordination with the different Department managers.
- Prepare and implement Training program, training improvement plans for the whole company.
- Improve employee retention by proposing and implementing the needed development projects and assess the employee satisfaction thru employee satisfaction surveys
- Formulate with the management – incentive scheme and work on employee incentives
- Initiate preparations in management audits (ISO, KAQA)
- Monitor and plan Performance Management System thru SANED (from objective setting to appraisal)
- Work on the Education and Training Pillar activities and requirements.
- Perform other tasks directed by immediate superior or management.
