الوصف الوظيفي
- Coordinate and collaborate with other department for sales related matters.
- Arrange to purchase MOH and CTC tenders with instructions from department head and concern sales person.
- Co-ordinate for enquiry and tender with suppliers/ principals for details regarding prices, validity of prices, delivery time and other components necessary to quote to clients.
- Undertake accurate costing of the enquiries/ tenders, get it signed by the Account holder/ BU Leader.
- Preparing and submission of Quotation and tender.
- Arranging Performance bank guarantees for tenders/contracts.
- Provide necessary follow-up for quotations and tenders with price validity extension and bank guarantee extension as per the customer requirement.
- Arrange all documents for quotations and tenders with price validity extension and bank guarantee extension as per customer requirement.
- Register all enquiries, tender and orders in electronic sheet.
- Prepare sales order and forward the same along with all relevant documents such as order costing, contract review form to order processing for placing the order.
- Follow-up with order processing for timely placement of order, receipt of acknowledgement for order placed.
- Prepare the order processing for stock and demo items with the instruction of department head and provide supporting documents to order processing department to place the order to supplier.
- Provide all the information related to the order for stock item to the stores and arranging for delivery by coordinating with stores.
- Prepare invoice for orders for MOH as per contract.
- Arrange documentation for equipment and installation for order items and coordinate with service department to complete the same.
- Follow-up with service department for installation report and upon receipt of the same submit to accounts department.
- Prepare monthly sales report (DSR) for department head.
