Objectives:
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company in the MENA region, is looking for a Senior HR Operations Manager to join their team in KSA, Jeddah. The main objective for this role is to lead day-to-day HR operations and oversees the complete employee cycle, ensure smooth procedures, and supervise the HR department's daily administrative tasks
Responsibilities:
- Implement HR Strategy, Procedures, and Processes.
 - Follow and implement HR SOP.
 - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and relevant to Saudi labor law.
 - Maintains knowledge of best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and labor law.
 - Monitor the Internal HR software and HR databases.
 - Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions.
 - Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.
 - Monitor compensation – ensuring internal equity & compliance and benefit.
 - Monitor all tasks necessary to accomplish the corporate payroll and time management processing objectives.
 - Monitor and Verify attendance, overtime, and pay adjustments.
 - Monitor all the Government management with labor law, Saudization% and HRDF.
 - Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance new and departing employee experience.
 - Employee relations and operation management with maintaining and communicating internal HR policies in the organization.
 - Stay on top of changing laws both local and national.
 - Solving all employee-related issues, complaints, and queries.
 - Work with senior management to resolve employee relations efficiently.
 - Investigate employee relations issues &work to ensure human resources-related decisions are consistent and fair.
 - Facilities and Travels management supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable.

المهارات
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
 - 10+ Y experience as an HR Operations and Administrative Manager, HR Manager, or similar role.
 - HR experience in handling 1000+ employees and a factory environment.
 - Working knowledge of key HR disciplines including, compensation and benefits, Government relation, and administrative and Saudi Labor Law.
 - Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (SAP SuccessFactors).
 - Experience designing compensation and benefits packages.
 - Ability to develop clear and fair company policies.
 - Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
 - Team management skills.
 - Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
