- Help to ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget.
- Estimate expenses that the company can incur for raw materials and other supplies.
- Create an accurate material cost forecast after properly evaluating all associated parameters.
- Form fruitful connections with technical and non-technical staff as necessary.
المهارات
Bachelor's degree engineering or similar.
Construction estimating.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Sound knowledge of construction.
Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
Great networking abilities.
