الوصف الوظيفي
Our company is looking to hire a female Office Manager/ Legal to be responsible for the general operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing general office operation.
- Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting emails or documents.
- Allocate tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitor their performance
- Supervise and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities, and tasks among office staff
- Perform review and analysis of work and documents and keep the management properly informed
- Ensure top performance of office staff by providing them adequate coaching and guidance
- Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
- Must have knowledge in Dubai Courts system, etc..
المهارات
-The candidate MUST have Legal degree
-Arabic and English Language (Oral and Written)
-5 years of experience in office management (administration experience related to Legal and HR).
-Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-Strong organizational and planning skills
-Proficient in MS Office
