Position Title: IT Support Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to12K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
One of the leading suppliers of petroleum products based in Dubai
Job Description:
- Provide first point of IT Support contact for all employees
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Assist employees or clients through a series of actions, either face to face; email or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
- Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to supplier or partner organisations as required
- Provide technical assistance to project teams and undertake technical project roles
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Open to Asian nationals
- Male, 30 to 35 years old
- At least 5 years of experience in the similar role
- Bachelor’ degree in Computer Science
- Must have an experience in providing IT Technical Support, Office 365 management, System troubleshooting, System upgrades, LAN line / mobile / hardware support, Windows AD, Firewall / Wi-Fi / servers, and Supporting ERP system
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
