Job Outputs and Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve each customer respectfully, swiftly, and effectively with an honest, positive, and friendly attitude
- May need to perform other tasks to assist in quickly rounding up opening and closing the restaurant
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations and Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures at all times
- Be well-groomed, keep personal appearance always neat and clean and the relevant uniform is maintained to company standards and worn at all times
- Attend to the shift arranged, without lateness or absenteeism, not leaving your post before your agreed finish time, unless pre-arranged with your Line Manager/Supervisor
· Master knowledge of menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to customers with detailed information (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies) and inform customers about the day’s specials and offering Menu recommendations
· Work with other colleagues to be a team player
- Cross sell and up-sell additional products to maximize revenue per customer/table
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by memorization
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff when needed and when special customer requests are there
- Work with BOH Staff to Deliver order in a timely and accurate manner
· Check-in with customers periodically to ensure everything is to their satisfaction
· Replenish and clean tables as required once customer has left
· Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
· Deliver checks and collect bill payments
· Deliver all crockery and cutlery to the appropriate cleaning area
· Appropriately handling of customer complaints

Qualifications & Experience:
· High-school diploma or equivalent or graduate of any relevant vocational course
· 1-2 years prior experience
· Master interactive, communication skills and selling skills
· Ability to report incidents to their Supervisor/Line Manager
· Ability to work with flexibility in varying shifts and extended shifts
· Excellent presentation skills
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment working as an active team player
· Attentiveness and patience for customers
