· · Create import/export documentation
· Communicate with suppliers in local country for import / export / distribution channels with importers –exporters –wholesalers
· Process and ensure accuracy of customs documentation.
· Assist freight forwarders and customs brokers with import and export issues associated with all shipments.
· Review for accuracy and Process freight invoices and broker bills in
· Track, trace and report shipments to ensure timely delivery to all the Company’s warehouses for Sales Planning Teams (NI & NII)
· Assist in handling and resolving freight claims.
· Import and Export Freight Costs Data, Import/Export tracking for UAE Customs and the Company’s accounting department.
· Maintain all files and paperwork relating to import/export matters.
· All other duties as required or needed.
Experience:
- 5 + years Import/Export experience in a manufacturing or trading environment especially in fresh fruits and vegetables
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint.MS outlook
- Knowledge of U.A.E. Customs Rules and Regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills..
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Preferred ajman residence
- Salary negotiable
