Swift Rooms LLC is a small but rapidly expanding company. We have an opportunity for the right person to join our dynamic team.
The applicant will be required to:
. Maintain company accounts
. Create payroll
. Issue payments to suppliers
. Issue contracts and invoices to customers and follow up payments tenaciously
. Communicate with customers regularly
. Liaise with authorities in gaining gate passes for staff
. Maintaining records of goods ordered
. General office admin
As we are a relatively small company, we require an all-rounder, the person employed must be able to do a variety of tasks ranging from company accounts to general admin and some ordering of goods.
The candidate must be able to travel by themselves to work in our factory in Jebel Ali Industrial Zone or Discovery Gardens metro station
Person specification
Essential
. Proficient in accounting software
. Excellent in MS Office, particularly Excel
. Experience in aggressively collecting funds from clients
. Fluent in English, verbal and written
Salary
AED 3,000-4,000 according to experience
