v Scope
Facilitating communications within an office. Her/His duties include answering and redirecting phone calls, scheduling meetings and providing personalized support for The Business Development Manager.
v Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities
§ Perform various tasks, like recording minutes during meetings and secretarial duties.
§ Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
§ Directing internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments.
§ Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing and note-taking.
§ Prepare and maintain agendas and papers for meetings, committees and follow up on action points.
§ Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
§ Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use.
§ Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
§ Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
§ Perform other related duties as assigned.
المهارات
v Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
§ Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques.
§ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
§ Proficient in MS Office.
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
§ Language Skills – proficiency in English and Arabic.
v Experience and/or Education:
v Proven experience as secretary or similar administrative role is a plus.
v Degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
