مطلوب مدير مالي للعمل لدى مجموعة رائدة تعمل في مجال التجزئة والرعاية الصحية في عمان

A leading Retail and Health care group in Amman/Jordan is looking for an intelligent, positive, and adaptive hard worker with at least 10 years of experience and knowledge of finance and accounting to fill the position of ( CFO / Female or Male ).
Job Description:
1. Provide leadership and clear direction, implementing financial plans and controls and motivating staff to seek demanding standards while recognizing their contribution so that they feel strongly motivated and empowered.
2. Plan and prepare the financial statements for the business so that they accurately reflect the true status of the group, ensuring conformance to financial standards in line with best international auditing practices.
3. Prepare and implement the Financial Authorities Manual and other financial standards, policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring full compliance in all areas
4. Develops the budget, gains commitment, and ensures that targets set are achieved through the judicious management of variances
The following qualification(s) are preferable and beneficial for the candidate to perform the role: CPA, CIMA, and CMA.
