Sales Executive – Food & Veterinary Raw Materials Experienced

Job responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Promote the company’s product range of veterinary/food raw materials (API, Excipients, Flavors & Feed Additives) to target manufacturers in the industry
• Gain and maintain a detailed knowledge of each existing and new potential customer within the territory, which includes but may not be limited to their products, their internal manufacturing capabilities, new upcoming products, company information, market information, their current suppliers, organizational structure, and key personnel
• Understand customer's decision-making process and identify who are the decision-makers, key influencers, end-users, and guides, as well as their individual style and relationship, within customers' organization
• Develop a win/win sales strategy based on customer’s needs, internal capabilities, competitor's weaknesses, and company strengths Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Develop a good relationship with existing and new customers to increase business, discuss requirements, discuss with reporting manager to give quotations, negotiates sales contracts and volume pricing agreements
• Process customer purchase orders, coordinate with Supply Chain & Commercial Dept, and update the customer on the shipment status
• Forecast territory sales figures, monitor monthly actual sales versus budget for the product portfolio assigned, customer-wise and product-wise assigned by the line manager
• Prepare daily customer visit reports, opportunities, and projects and update them in the ADCHEM CRM system. Prepare reports on Supplier wise and product wise on marketing & sales
• Develop and execute a territory Sales & Marketing plan including comprehensive sales calls, customer visits, marketing activities, promotion, business development, and customer follow-ups
• Coordinates with support staff in the Accounts, Commercial, and Logistics Department to ensure all customer needs are understood and met in a timely manner
• Attend industry tradeshows, exhibitions, seminars, and meetings locally and regionally to perform business development activities
• Conduct customer visits within UAE and outside based on assigned territory.
• Present the product or service in a structured professional way to all target customers by maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Initiate & implement marketing & sales plans with the help and under the supervision of reporting manager to increase market share and revenue growth in all company’s products.
المهارات
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
· Computer literacy with strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Fluency in Arabic & English
· Minimum 2- 4 years experience in sales function in a relevant industry (veterinary medicine/food/raw material manufacturing industry)
· Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work independently as well as within a team
. Valid UAE Driving License is a Plus
