- Definition of detailed team structure, roles and responsibilities.
- Oversight of recruitment for the technical team.
- Designing and providing training for the team and managing day-to-day operations.
- Developing roadmap for IT Architecture implementation, cooperation with IT architecture and customer journey designers.
- Defining scope and timing of individual releases and ensuring required resources and vendors for implementation.
- Translation of functional requirements to technical requirements and designs for IT applications to ensure successful implementation of designed products.
- Planning and management of IT Architecture implementation, i.e. individual releases.
