Role Description

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who can build, facilitate and drive new customer acquisition in the KSA region to support our global revenue goals. Reporting to the Middle East Sales Head, this individual would drive telesales to amplify our localized go-to-market efforts in KSA. The executive will deliver scripted sales talks to describe services or products to persuade potential customers to get onboarded on Cleartax.

Key roles and responsibilities

  • Understand Cleartax suite of products, its features and propositions for customers
  • Respond, engage, and qualify prospects (including C-suite/Directors) by describing Cleartax products and services
  • Answers telephone calls from potential consumers and responds to consumer questions
  • Adjusts sales scripts to target customer interests and needs better
  • Be able to generate your own leads when required – via cold calling, referrals
  • Book outbound demo meetings by coordinating with technical experts and sales team
  • Follow up with existing leads, reschedule meetings as per prospect and sales team’s availability
  • Conduct sales discovery with prospects to find out their pain points
  • Build trusting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Obtain client contact information and enter into CRM
  • Generate and manage sales pipeline by updating all activity in CRM
  • Collaborate with sales executives to meet the company’s targets
  • Improve processes and procedures for lead generation
  • Achieve calls and demos targets set up by the sales head on monthly

Skill set

  • Knowledge of B2B pre-sales techniques and processes including understanding customer needs, tailoring sales pitches to suit customer situations, overcoming objections etc.
  • Understanding of marketing and sales strategies and principles
  • Basic technical aptitude to understand our products and how they serve customer needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Ability to manage stakeholders at CXO and mid senior level
  • Ability to work in high pace environment with cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Graduation (any field)
  • 1-3 years of prior experience in Marketing, Telemarketing or Sales preferred
  • Candidates residing in KSA (Female candidates preferred)
  • Saudi National is a plus
