Managing kitchen staff and coordinating orders with different departments.
Supervising food preparation and cooking on time.
Ensure food quality and required temperature.
Preparing the shift schedule and following up on vacations and availability of the required manpower.
Collaborate with the restaurant manager and determine the price list.
Order food supplies and kitchen equipment as needed.
Training kitchen staff in preparations and use of equipment and tools.
Storing food products in compliance with health and safety assurance procedures.
Preparing periodic reports to determine budgets and expenditures.
Maintain occupational health and safety standards in the kitchen area.

Proficiency in planning skills and identifying the components of different dishes.
Find out a large selection of food recipes.
Ability to apply health and safety procedures.
Possess organizational and communication skills with different personalities.
Ability to provide appropriate solutions with different problems.
