Executive Assistant & Office Administrator – Arabic Speaking
الوصف الوظيفي
Reporting to the CEO, you will provide an advanced level of executive support to the leadership team. You will be responsible for general office administration. In this role you will:
– Serve as the primary support person and act as a liaison between CEO, senior management and external stakeholders
– Manage internal and external correspondence
– Handle confidential and sensitive documents and critical communication
– Keep track of management's schedule, travel arrangements, meetings and manage their Calendar
– Coordinate with vendors, local authorities and government officials for various business needs
– Manage all company logistics and corporate matters including but not limited to: Trade Registry, Establishment card and Power of Attorneys, Offices and Company Assets, Events and Exhibition logistics, Security arrangements
– Support payroll activities
– Manager day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth office functioning

To be successful in this role, you should:
– Be able to work independently under minimal supervision
– Have excellent organization and coordination skills
– Demonstrate experience in process improvement and streamlining office operations
– Be able to manage budget and expenses
Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
