• Working to improve SLA and KPI.
• Ensure adhering to contractual targeted SLA and KPI Auditing. &Monitoring daily activities Interfacing customer.
• Has enough leadership skills to manage and control ASP.
• Following PMR scheduling.
• Doing failure analysis and benchmarking for network and ASP Ability to measure , identify gaps and apply solution.
• He should have electrical or mechanical engineering BSC and has at least 2 years of experience in the same field.
