- Working to improve SLA and KPI.
- Ensure adhering to contractual targeted SLA and KPI Auditing. &Monitoring daily activities Interfacing customer.
- Has enough leadership skills to manage and control ASP.
- Following PMR scheduling.
- Doing failure analysis and benchmarking for network and ASP Ability to measure , identify gaps and apply solution.
- He should have electrical or mechanical engineering BSC and has at least 2 years of experience in the same field.
