- Extensive knowledge, understanding and experience in the deployment of Defence Systems Approach to Training Quality Standard (DSAT QS) during analysis and design.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience within delivering projects to the MoD ideally within a training environment.
- Experience and understanding of delivering and using Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) as part of a blended learning approach to training, including use of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Knowledge and Experience of the following fixed and deployable telecommunications systems, preferably based within a military environment.
- IP networks.
- Secure Mobile Radio Systems / TETRA.
- Digital Microwave Radio Systems including SDH.
- HF Communication Systems.
- PABX systems.
- Fixed and deployable Satellite.
- Troposcatter Systems.
- Proven track record of delivering successful and complex IT projects.
- Managing people skills particularly within a multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a multi-national, multi-functional team.
- Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills.
- Extensive Customer relationship management and consultancy experience.
