Applications Implementer
Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementing applications in different HRMS Projects.
- Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and designs, and specifies functional and technical solutions.
- Takes ownership of problems or support issues that arise in the operation of assigned business systems, ensuring that all issues are resolved in an expedient fashion and to user satisfaction.
- Works with all company teams to implement and support production environments and participates in the ongoing analysis of new releases, including setting up testing, and implementation when appropriate.
- Works with end-users to provide functional and technical expertise for system issues.
- Deliver functional consulting and education services at customer sites.
- Build know-how and develop expertise in domain field products.
- Provide daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related IT discipline.
- 0 – 2 years of experience in working with HRMS/HRIS/Talent Management systems, preferably with the SAP application solution set for HRMS.
- Experience across one or multiple HRMS Modules.
- Experience in full life cycle implementation projects and end-to-end implementation projects.
- Document functional requirements, develop functional specs for program changes, make Configuration settings, perform testing, conduct system demos, and work with users providing training and testing support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of business users.
- Team player.
- Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
