Call Center Agenttebcan.com a leading company working in digital health is looking to recruit “Call Center Agent”Responsibilities:Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward patients at all times.Communicate with customers through various channels.Book patient appointments / medical surgeries with doctors in the network.Respond promptly to patients’ inquiries.Keep records of patient comments and complaints.Ensure patient satisfaction and provide professional customer support.Ability to work in different time shifts.Holds a Bachelor’s degree in BA / Marketing or any related field.Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in the same field.Presentable and able to communicate with patients.Preferably to has a medical background.Requirements:
· Amman resident.
