Coordinating the execution of the training programs in terms of preparations, implementation, and
post-evaluation of the training programs in the film centers and Amman. Executing all activities to
ensure the successful delivery of the training workshops and programs including planning, , callouts,
instructor and participants selection, timeframe, budgeting, resources, monitoring and evaluation and
other related logistics.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinating the training programs in the film centers and Amman, including planning,
implementation, selection, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting.
Coordinating the logistics with the film centers facilitators, booking the cars (RFC’s or rented)
and the hotel reservations, training airport pick up and drop off etc. and in coordination with the
admin department.
Ensuring the proper support for any practical exercise needed for all training programs,
including following-up with Production Services department regarding workshops’ filming
permits. as needed.
Preparing the financial reports and following up with the finance regarding any required
payments
Following-up and coordinating with the Communications department for any requirements
regarding social media.
Providing the needed support for the film centers facilitators and participants when needed.
Coordinating and following-up to ensure the best practice for check-in and check-out for
audiovisual equipment and other equipment needed for training programs, as per RFC internal
regulations.
Supporting in translation of the workshop and scripts as needed.
Any other task requested by the direct manager.
المهارات
Job Specifications:
– Experience: 3 – 5 years in training/workshops and coordination related position.
– Education: BA in Business administration or a related field
– Project management, and filmmaking are highly preferable
Skills:
– Excellent planning skills
– Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
– Time and task management skills
– Details oriented
– Excellent events planning and coordination skills
