Job Description :
- Implement, review and advise/ notify the documents of all L/Cs (Import and Export) and B/Cs (Inward and Outward).
- Ensures that data entered into the system is correct, accurate and timely executed.
- Check documents in guidelines of related international rules and regulations
- Understand Sharia principles and the related applications to the banking environment.
- Ensure all products/ norms/ processes and guidelines are Sharia compliant.
- All data associated with day to day operations of the section
- Update control logs for incoming/ outgoing transactions where apply
- Ensures that data entered into the system is correct, accurate and timely.
- Ensures that document checking discrepancies recorded are correct and accurate
- Update control logs for incoming/ outgoing transactions where required.
- Ensure adherence to trade policy & procedure SLA plus all latest ICC publications such as UCP (latest version), URC 522 and ISBP, SAMA regulations, Sharia guidelines.
- Work closely with Trade Desk and Initiation Unit in serving customers portfolio.
- Monitor and follow – up on transactions status.
- Report all customers complaints same day to direct manager.
