- Manage day to day activities post implementation.
- Customer's primary point of contact within GE, for all Service related issues, act as first escalation point. Maintain adequate knowledge of GE solutions and services.
- Apply standard management method using ITIL for services transitions and operations.
- Manage defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the post-delivery support.
- Deliver periodical status reports on service operation and enhancement progress.
- Incident & Change Management.
