- Manage end-to-end requirements and analysis for medium to large projects. Conduct feasibly and prepare business cases. Plan and perform requirement gathering. Analyze, model and document new systems. Conduct risk analysis.
- Verify completed solutions.
- Plan Requirement Gathering Approach and Activities.
- Conduct Stakeholder Analysis.
- Plan Communication Approach.
- Conduct requirement gathering meetings with stakeholders.
- Collecting Requirements.
- Verifying and validating Requirements.
- Prioritizing Requirements.
- Communicating Requirements, Risks, Assumptions and Constraints to Stakeholders (Walkthroughs).
- Model using UML.
- Model Logical Entities and their relationships.
- Model System Data.
- Write Detailed Specifications (Use Cases and Scenarios).
- Create Wireframes and Prototypes.
- Verify completed Solutions.
- Collect Retrospective Feedback from Stakeholders.
- Keep Track of Changes in company Policies, Other Product Advancements, Assess, and Identify Opportunities for further enhancement in current system through integration.
- Keep track of latest NFR requirements within design of new systems.
- Mentor Junior Resources.
- Keep track of latest advancements in technology, emerging technologies and products.
- Ensure that the solution meets enterprise level security, performance and usability standards.
