Senior Compliance Officer

Key responsibilities:

· Ensuring implementation of GLPs and proper implementation of established procedures and methods of analysis and data maintaining of work in Chanelle Jordan labs.

· Performing frequent Self-inspection audits.

· Assisting in out of Specifications and Out of Trend investigation and reporting.

· Assisting in deviation investigation and reporting.

· Support and handle risk assessment reports.

· Support in laboratory incident investigation closure.

· Support in CAPA closure follow up and in measuring the effectiveness for each action.

· Support in closing change controls, validation documents and maintenance reports.

· Making sure that the required safety precautions and measurements are available at the facilities and used by the employees, and the safety instructions are implemented.

· Assist in the preparation of external authorities’ inspection and follow-up preparation.

· Able to work in different locations from time to time depending on the workload.

· Following up with laboratory analysts and data reviewers.

· Ensuring implementation of GDP/GLP and proper implementation of established procedures and methods of documentation and data integrity of work in Chanelle lab.

· Ensuring the Data integrity principles are maintained in the labs.

· Review and approval all raw data and relevant stability reports and COAs received from the labs after ensuring the compliance of the work performed.

· Ensure the instrument maintenance and calibration are performed on time according to the plan.

· Ensure the Corrective maintenance are performed on time.

· Any other tasks assigned by the Head of compliance/Quality Supervisor.
