Sales Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

Dealing with incoming customer enquiries, assisting the sales force with daily administrative tasks, maintaining sales records, and compiling monthly sales reports.

Responsibility Areas:

  • Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
  • Processing invoices for all sales transactions
  • Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team.
  • Taking phone calls and handling emails from customers.
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or another related field
  • 1 – 3 years of experience
