Established as a dedicated practice of Marsh in 1980, PCS is a rapidly growing 340+ colleague organization under Marsh & McLennan Agency (MMA).The leader of PCS – National serves as the overall Practice Leader for MMA PCS as well.

PCS2020
The applicable base salary range for this role is $117,720 to $209,300.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
