ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the team to implement the designed activities.
- Create a positive team atmosphere and motivate the staff effectively.
- Assist the Program coordinator to coordinate with MoSD, FPD, and donor.
- Assist the Program coordinator as needed to ensure timely development and implementation of work plans at field level
- Assist in development and oversight of daily activities and assist in implementing the program activities
- Provide the staff with the supervision and advise
- Work & collaborate with M&E to ensure timely collection and reporting of all data required from the field.
- Ensure timely delivery and availability of program supplies.
- Assist & work with Program Managers and Logistic teams to come together and develop and update procurement plans for each location
- Assist and work with the relevant Program and Logistics Officers and ensure timely preparation and implementation of realistic monthly cash projections linked to work and procurement plans.
- Ensure all resources and supplies are received, stored and dispatched in accordance with IMC’s procedures and are used judiciously for their intended purposes.
- Ensure relevant program guidelines, manuals, forms, posters, etc. are available in each of the work places (i.e. IASC materials, IMC service guides, protection guidelines)
- Assist in other different tasks as arranged with the program coordinator
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in the same field
- Bachelor’s degree business management or equivalent.
