O&M Manager – Fiber Optic Transmission Network

Job Description :
- Manage the overall O&M contract of a customer in KSA to operate a modern Fiber-Optic transmission network.
- Directly responsible for leading a team for contractual deliverables of O&M contract according to agreed SLA/KPI.
- Must have technical knowledge of a modern Fiber-Optic transmission network based on DWDM technology, supplied by multi-vendor suppliers, like Ciena, Milegate, Ericsson Long-distance & Access Fiber-optic equipment.
- Must have relevant recent experience of managing NOC & Field Operations based on best practices e-TOM model, with Preventive & Corrective Maintenance methodology processes in place.
- Mature person, preferably 40-55, with recent experience of heading a Managed Services contract for Fiber-Optic transmission network.
- Overall experience in telecom network operations: 20 years.
- Must have a good fit for the customer culture in KSA.
- Arabic speaking is an advantage but not a must.
- To be based in Riyadh.
