We are currently recruiting for a Head of Transformation for a leading banking organization based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong financial services background who has run enterprise wide transformation programs across technology, business and structure. The organisation are currently in the process of a multi-year transformation program and your role will be end to end from contributing to the strategy formulation, engaging with CxO’s and leading the delivery of the transformation objectives.

You will be responsible for

The overall enterprise wide roadmap and objectives working closely with senior stakeholders to develop quarterly plans and beyond.
Develop the portfolio management and prioritization approach. Ensuring the top level priorities are aligned across the business and executed.
Develop clear KPIs, change management approach, continuous improvement process, oversee governance and were suitable adopt agile work practices.

Seeking an individual with a strong transformation background, who may come from a consulting background or has lead transformation programs or initiatives from within a bank or large enterprise.
