Summary
Grand Hyatt Kuwait is looking for a passionate, creative and dynamic Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Food and Beverage to join the Opening Team of the most anticipated hotel opening in Kuwait. The hotel will feature 302 luxury rooms and suites, four world class F&B venues and the largest conference and convention facilities in the city.
The Executive Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage will be responsible to function as a business manager and marketing specialist, who appreciates delivering high-end and bespoke guest experiences whilst ensuring the efficient running of all aspects of the operations in line with hotel strategies and brand standards.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role in a 5. luxury hotel, and display strong traits in the following areas:
.Proven track record in managing large and complex event spaces and high-end restaurants
.Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in fast pace environments
.An inspirational, caring and engaging leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
.A relentless and infectious passion for training and hands-on operational work
.A sound pre-opening experience in large hotel operations is advantageous
