الوصف الوظيفي

  • Responsible to assist in the overall running of the Reception to ensure an efficient and effective operation and guest satisfaction.

· Receive and process resort reservations

· Provide positive guest relations and swift guest recognition

· Greet, register, and allocate appropriate booking activities to the guests

· Anticipate guest requirements by making use of guest preference and guest history information at every opportunity

· Keep records of sports activity availability and guests' accounts

· Compute bill, collect payment, and make change for guests

· Answer enquiries pertaining to resort services, activities, registration of guests, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions

· Make and confirm restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations, and arrange for tours.

· Receive and handle mail, messages and telephone calls.

· Post charges such as activity fees and food to city ledger

· Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform appearance and professionalism

  • · Follow resort policies and procedures, demonstrate efficient teamwork and contribute to the achievement of business goals
  • Gauge client requirements to offer the perfect solution through fruitful interaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Ensure resolving doubts and queries of customers by providing accurate and suitable information within set deadlines.
  • Create a concise report on client interaction to facilitate a swift decision-making process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the organization's new regulations, products, and service launches through efficient communication with the management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.

المهارات

  • Previous association with a company in the role of a customer service executive or representative.
  • Adept in using customer relationship management software to offer the best client services.
  • Adept in addressing client questions through effective telephonic conversation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Thorough understanding of setting priorities for a task to comply with the set deadlines and responsibilities.
  • Fluent in operating the latest computer software and online tools.
  • Any Bachelor education degree or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ of experience in customer service in Hospitality and / or Sports Facilities Environment
  • Knowledge of UAE local market and with hospitality background
  • Experience in an integrated Private or Semi-Private Resort and Country Club or Sports Club
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times and responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Knowing our products/services inside and out
  • Bilingual in Arabic & English
