Job Description :
- Expert in Installation, Configuration, Integration and Administration of TrueSight and BMC Patrol (BMC Patrol/BMC Truesight Operations Management 10.x & above/BMC Truesight Infrastructure Management 10.x & above)
- Troubleshooting and administration of all above products on UNIX, Windows based hosts.
- Expert in Monitoring the Performance and Tuning.
- Expert in Creation of deployable packages, Patrol Agent installation, troubleshooting & setup Infrastructure policies for monitoring.
- Provide support for various monitoring solutions/Knowledge modules
- Knowledge of Patrol 7.x architecture.
- Perform configuration for various monitoring solutions (user administration, console definitions, monitoring metrics and instrumentations, agents, management infrastructure)
- Configure various Event Management policies as per requirement
- Knowledge of MRL, customizations.
- Nice to have TrueSight Smart Reporting, SIM, PSL, BMC Remedy ITSM knowledge.
