Hiring for Asset Management Engineer for Road Operation and Maintenance Projects (Government Client)
Job Location: Qatar
· Bachelor Degree or higher-level qualification in any field.
· Education qualification obtained from any western country.
· Minimum 8 years’ experience of the Construction industry, ideally within the public sector
· Demonstrate Knowledge of Developing Scope documents for multiple engineering disciplines
· Knowledge of developing Asset Investment plans for Roads Assets
· Coordinate with discipline engineers to develop and produce detail Scope of Works and Bill of Quantities for Work Orders for rehabilitation and O&M works
· Coordinate with the Procurement & Contract Management Team and Section Engineers in addressing all tender queries during the tender process
· Prepare and present pre-tender briefings for all work orders to Framework Contractors in coordination with internal stakeholders
· Coordinate with external stakeholders including the Ministry of Transport in implementing the Asset Management Plan with all Roads O&M Sections
