Customer Service Representative
Accounting/Order entry
Required qualifications:
• English: Fluent english is necessary: must do the following at a high level reading/writing/speaking. This will be tested.
• 1 to 2 years of experience
• Good Communication Skills
• Excellent computer skills, and knowledge of basic software.
• Willing to work night shifts (daytime in the states) and on site.
Responsibilities for customer service:
• Provide distinguished service to our clients.
• Scheduling our USA team on appointments.
. Track key points to measure performance.
• Handling customer complaints in a timely manner.
. Interact with our Chicago based headquarters.
. Learn basic information regarding our product offering.
Responsibilities for accounting/order entry:
. Successfully communicate with our headquarters in Chicago.
. Account payable.
Account receivable.
. Enter work orders into our accounting system.
. Invoicing.
. Applying payments to work orders.
. Track key points to measure performance.
Note: This position will be based on American work hours: 8am to 5pm Central time zone.
