A leading manpower consulting company in Riyadh is looking to fill the position of anOffice Manager to the CEO.
Role & Responsibility:
.The Office Manager secures and facilitates all communications, meetings, visits, and travel.
.Organize and keeps all files/Data.
.Prepares reports, MOMs, maintain records and takes and transcribes complex and confidential dictations.
.Organize and supervise all administrative tasks.
Minimum Requirement:
- Must be fluent in English and Arabic
- Presentation Skills .must.
- Report and document preparation.must.
- Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office programs.
- Management skills.
- High Communication skills.
