الوصف الوظيفي
Responsible for the taking over of new projects and management of all key functions to ensure that properties run seamlessly and that the tenant/customer experience is at the highest level possible.
- Provide guidance to Projects Department on facility management issues to be incorporated during design and development.
- Establish a system of taking over and management of all real estate properties.
- Ensures properties are appropriately inspected prior to preliminary and final handing over.
- Ensures the Project Record Information is properly compiled and received by the FM Department.
- Ensures emergency complains are resolved in defined turn-around-time
- Ensures bi-annual inspection plan for all properties.
- Develop leasing strategies and plans to ensure the highest occupancy level for all units in both Commercial and Residential properties
- Ensure proper implementation and functioning of Property Management Systems to ensure all records are up to date and accurate
- Liaise with Maintenance Contractors for the upkeep of properties
- Create a network of brokers and agencies to ensure leasing clients
- Liaises with Procurement department to outline scope and appoint 3rd party FM service provider.
- Liaises with Project Department for the contractor responsibilities during the Defect Liability Period (DLP)
- Advise on software to be used for managing up to date information and flags regards to properties with regular reports.
- Increase asset value and net income
- Approve the preventive maintenance schedule for all new buildings in coordination with FM Service Providers
المهارات
- Must have working knowledge on property management related software
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical or Civil Engineering•
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Integrated FM with at least 5 years in managing large portfolio of residential properties.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English, interpersonal and presentation skills.
