Finance and Procurement Senior Specialist

Job Description :
- Prepare the budgeting approach for Customer & Digital and the actual versus budget expenditures report material deviations and take corrective actions
- Coordinate with all sub-teams within Customer & Digital to define, analyze and consolidate budget requirements
- Analyze departments requirements and prepare the operational budget in line with the approved budget and submit budget estimate plan for review
- Monitor actual spending and financial performance and assess in comparison with approved budget
- Prepare financial documents, financial reports, special analyses, and other financial statements and analyze financial reports to highlight areas of opportunity and areas of potential for relevant stakeholders and key decision makers
- Provide all Customer & Digital departments with advice, and timely and accurate information regarding financial position and financial status, trends, and financial risks analysis
- Coordinate with functions across Customer & Digital in planning current and future needs (e.g. equipment, services and materials), to identify all their requirements and ensure that they are covered and raise it to the centralized procurement team
- Contribute to the development of RFXs and ensure that all developed RFXs are aligned with C&D requirements, standards and comply with approved regulations
- Contribute to the assessment, shortlisting and selection of proposals based on developed selection criteria to ensure that all proposals are in line with the standards and C&D requirements.
