Our client is project management company covering construction and facility management works, looking to recruit CFO to join their team in Damam – Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Very well experienced in carrying out accounting and finance of the company.
- Produce monthly financial reports and monitor against Budget.
- Experience to lead and manage audits with the big 5 companies.
- Well experienced in managing VAT including ZAKAT with the applicable regulations from ZATCA and especially related to Real Estate sector.
- Experience in managing Company finance statement, VAT Treatment for a real estate company.
- Familiar with Financial module.
- Maintain a good relationship with the banks.
المهارات
- Bachelor degree in accounting.
- Certified accountant.
- Minimum 12 years of experience.
