Our client is a very well-known Real Estate services provider, with vast experience in the Saudi market and focused on delivering innovative solutions. They are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for their offices in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

Supervising on business development and projects development for projects nationally and internationally.
Managing and reviewing all studies and analyses of a potential opportunity from pencil sketches to market study to SWOT analysis up to the feasibility study and proposed financial models; and participating in the design and planning stages.
Leading a committee that has members from investment, marketing, legal, and projects departments. to decide whether or not proceeding to the opportunity based on the studies and analyses’ outcome.
Ensuring the fully resourced and directed instructions with clear guidelines and responsibilities.
Creating, developing, and implementing business plans, action plans, and overall strategic for each project within the board’s objectives and goals.
Inviting consultants and contractors to prequalifying themselves on our database before sending them the RFPs. After receiving the proposals, the team/committee analysis the technical and financial proposals with their recommendations.
Manage and review the design concepts from the scratch to the preliminary designs until the governmental approvals then obtaining the detailed designs and tender documents before handling the full approved package to the projects department, which is responsible for the execution processes.
Ensure the deliverables are within the time, budget, and quality that the organization used to deliver to clients.

المهارات

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or Engineering.
At least 10 years of experience in BD and 5 years as a Managerial role in the real estate sector.
Excellent communication skills.
