Key Accountabilities

Work with the Customer Insights Technology (CIT) team to build and maintain the technical aspects of .NET applications (development, administration, maintenance) including but not restricted to analysis, design, estimation, and development of business requirements.
Collaborate with project and vendor teams on related projects
Lead the design and development of .Net applications modules and business processes for improved customer and staff experience based on established standards.
Perform initial design reviews and recommend improvements
Translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical design and transfer the knowledge to team
Prepare/review technical design documents for proposed business requirement

Assist in timely L2/L3 troubleshooting of .Net Applications and any other vendor applications under team’s purview
Support data migration from and integration with source applications
Work in a structured waterfall development as well as agile methodology
Lead in the set-up, deployments and maintenance of all environments including production.
Document all requirements functionally and technically
Conduct code reviews, testing and work closely with QA team (where applicable) for SIT and with business for UAT
Contribute to the overall enterprise architecture and adapt to new technology domains & associated integrations
Support the training of new team members on existing business processes and required tools
Ensure that CIT Governance Process is followed by all in team
Maintain the work pipeline for team, supervise team’s work and provide high-level and detailed work breakdown with effort estimates
Coaching the team to adopt to best practices and mentoring them to start delivering independently
Represent on Incident & Problem Management discussions and updates
Take Ownership of Rollups, License, AMC, Certificates, Risk Registers, Renewals & Agreements

Other Accountabilities

Strong knowledge in Microsoft Technologies .Net Framework, .Net Core, Microsoft CRM and Web API, .Net MVC, Windows services, etc.
Deep web experience in various technologies: .net, modern web frameworks, REST, XML, JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Database such as Microsoft SQL experiences.
Must have experience in Azure DevOps, TFS source code repository
Good to have in Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes., etc
Good to have experience in cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, etc.,
Experience in Telerik tools,
Client-side scripting experience in jQuery, TypeScript, Node, Angular
Experience in Container, Micro services development
Must be able to analyse complex systems and develop appropriate blueprints to make it understandable and usable
Heavy exposure and implementation experience in modern technology, architecture and automation process
Experience in architecting at least one full cycle large scale application
Must have experience in application deployment and release activities
Involve in application/database performance evaluation and optimization
Knowledge in Mobile application development is good.
Must be effective communication skill
Banking knowledge preferred
Adhere to follow IT coding standards, guidelines and best practices and contribute
Must have strong understanding of Agile development principles and tools
Must have strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
Good to have experience in Linux OS
Microsoft .Net Certification (Preferred)
