الوصف الوظيفي
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Coordinating and supervising the accomodation and associated facilities at site
- Laise with the facility management service (FMS) provider and coordinate to ensure smooth operation of the accommodation
- Perform regular facilities inspections and report to management on shortcomings and improvenents
- Provide prompt response to requests and grievances from facility occupants and escalate for resolution with the facilty management service provider of the accommodation facilities
- Support the Construction Manager and Project Manager for the forecast of the accommodation related information and cost as necessary
- Maintain and update the “Site Asset Register” for all the items/equipments purchased and issued for use in Temporary Site Facilities ( TSF) and general use at construction site
- Maintain accountability of rented equipment and services and their regular maintenance activities, report keeping etc.,
- Construction Site – Temporary Site Facilities (TSF) offices general administration and day-to-day operations management, along with managing and supervising the contractors deployed for the associated services for TSF
- Managing the requirements, and performing required planning and to ensure required inventory of TSF consumables, materials and supplies, through coordination with service provider (Contractor) and Procurement manager
- Planning and organizing transportation services for visitors in coordination with Site Host, Security Manager and Road Transporation Safety Lead
- Coordinating the vehicles movements and transportation of employees and visitor coordination between construction site and accommodation facilities.
- Coordinate with the Site Buyer for sundry purchases at site, and assist in optimizing scope and budget.
- Support the project manager in maintaining the project field costs by ensuring the efficiency of the service delivery and also fulfill the procurement process requirements
- Administration and quantity approval of the time sheet, consumables, supplies and procured items through the sub-contract services and resources (staff/crew and personnel )
- Ensures the TSF undergo all required preventive maintenance, inspection and audits ensuring safe work environment for the employees at site offices
- Review and provide monthly forecast of the budget associated with site administration and ensure change management process is adopted for
- Coordination with construction managers, project managers and other support functions as required for any events, meetings and associated administrative arrangements at site

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelore degree.
- Work experience of more than 5 years in Facilities maintenance and supervision.
- Well organize in the facilities planning and maintenance.
- Self initiator and motivated to drive results
- Work experience in multi-cultural work environment is essential
- Knowledge and applied experience in procurement process and compliance
- Coordination with vendors
- Prior work experience in GCC is preferred
- Good in english communications – verbal and written
- Preferred to have good understanding, business communications abilities in Arabic, Hindi and Urdu
- Flexibility in work as require arises and initiative at work
- Computer literate, Microsoft Office Tools – Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint etc
