POSITION SUMMARY

the role has responsibility to smooth running of the interfaces between with the national stake holders in Dhuba-Tabuk area, coordinate with the business and provide support around all areas of government relations

The position will be working closely with HR Operations, Neom HRBP, Project`s leaders and employees. There are number of external service providers including consulates, embassies, airport authorities, banks, and government and semi government organizations with whom the role needs to engage.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assume the key contract role for any issues to do with the National and Local Police. This shall include but not be limited to
  • Traffic accidents
  • Behavioral issues
  • Security issues
  • Passes and access
  • Coordinating with the business and provide support around all areas of government relations.
  • Managing relationship and take ownership of the relationship with any Governmental entities to enhance the alignment.
  • Communicating with all employees and their management for all government entities request.
  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
  • Addressing and escalating customer complaints. Providing information about facilities, programs, and other services.
  • Accompanying employees to relevant ministry departments, traffic department, or medical testing facilities.
  • Keeping the HRBP/Myranda Project LT informed of significant problems that may jeopardize the achievement of project goals.
  • Responding with coordination with compliance team to all staff enquiries on visa/labor/passport matters
  • Manage Municipality, and Chamber of Commerce related transactions.
  • Follow up on any updates on local laws & regulations and ensure compliance with the same.
  • Represent the company in Immigration and Labor Department for processing and obtaining related documents as per rules and regulations with coordination with HR compliance.
  • Ensuring that company management is kept fully informed on all government regulations and instructions affecting company operations, objectives, and employees’ interests.
  • Attending all employees’ queries pertaining to visa and other related processes covering joining and exit process.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as may be assigned or required.
  • Provide support to Air Products staff in the accessing of suitable accommodation as necessary. This shall include supporting the documentation required, local negotiations and vetting agreement documentation
  • Supporting the setting up of bank accounts and facilitating any money transfers. If necessary, running a petty cash system.
  • Providing a first point of contact for anyone In Kingdom who requires emergency support.
  • Ensuring that medical facilities and treatment facilities are available and that arrangements are made for the speedy and professional treatment of anyone requiring medical assistance in Kingdom.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in an appropriate Discipline
  • Excellent English and Arabic both spoken and written
  • Extensive experience of the Saudi Visa and Iqama process
  • Extensive experience of working with the Saudi Authorities particularly in legal issues
  • Strong and effective coordinator
  • Organized, disciplined, able to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities and parallel tasks
  • Strong Microsoft software skills, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Report writing skills
  • Experience of working in a multicultural project team
  • Experience in KSA
  • Working knowledge of government legislation and polices as well as processes and procedures relating to government required documentation.
  • Well-developed interpersonal communication skills including the ability to perform effectively in a team environment with a strong client focus.
