الوصف الوظيفي
- Assist in communicating measurement standards and key performance indicators to all SAR BUs.
- Monitor the performance of Business units and verify the integrity of the data to be reported and review with SAR management.
- Reviews and updates performance appraisal tools.
- Build and maintain strategy, business plans and performance databases & registries.
- Prepare Performance reports on monthly basis or as required.
- Work with senior management to prepare and facilitate the workshops and presentations for BoD / Management meetings.
- Ability to Design presentations in PowerPoint for different purposes.
المهارات
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 Years related experience.
