Job Overview
Oliver Wyman is seeking a Product Analyst within Knowledge Services. In this role, you will be working with a diverse group of Knowledge Managers, Data Analysts and software developers within Knowledge Services to create and manage systems related to knowledge consumption and search across industries.
As a product analyst you will be responsible for the complete requirements management process from elicitation involving various stakeholders, documentation and management, testing, and acceptance. You will be involved in the conceptualization, design and implementation of applications and processes related to the Knowledge Services group. The position is part of the global Knowledge Services group which is responsible for the collection, curation and distribution of content to the various consulting groups within Oliver Wyman.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements management through the SDLC
- Ideation and design of new applications / processes
- Stakeholder management and communications regarding new features, issues, etc.
- Defect management and triage with stakeholders
- User acceptance testing
- Stakeholder analysis and persona creation
Experience
- A bachelor's degree (preferably in a technology related field)
- 3 – 5 years experience in business analysis
- Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodology is a must
- Excellent writing skills for User Stories and general business communications
- Experience with Balsamiq or other UI/UX design tool preferred
- Experience with Power Automate is a plus
- Experience with Power Platform is a plus
- Experience with Content Management Systems and search engines is a plus
