Taking care of the medical problems experienced by the home health care patient and their continuous follow-up and providing them with comprehensive and integrated health services (preventive, curative and rehabilitative).
▪ Providing promotional and preventive services to all home health care patients in order to prevent diseases and complications.
▪ Providing medical education to the patient, his family, and caregivers on everything related to the care of home health care patients.
▪ Constantly developing himself in knowledge, skills and behaviour.
المهارات
1- Assessing patients and determining the number of visits and the type of services that the patient needs.
2- Carrying out scheduled home visits to patients and taking notes on their health condition and the extent of its progress in their medical files.
3- Follow up on the patient's examination results.
4- Follow-up of the patient's status with consultants and specialists on a regular basis and when changing the treatment plan.
5- Participation in the scientific activities.
6- Participate in training the patient's companions on patient care.
7- Prepare medical reports and summaries of home visits.
8- Follow up the nursing staff in their work.
9- Follow up on completing the patient's records.
