Graphic Design & Marketing Officer

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal units to create required marketing campaign for the required unit objective
• Design and develop graphic templates and assets.
• Managing the social media marketing strategy; focusing on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube
• Execution of all social media activities (i.e. tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach, doing the heavy lifting, etc)
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Seek opportunities to improve the use of social media and develop 'followers'

Main Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Arts, or equivalent major.
• Minimum of 2 years of graphics design experience or equivalent.
• Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effect, Adobe Premiere Pro
• Proficient in analysing Key Performance Indicators that define the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Skilled in handling content planning, ideation, creation, and delivery for platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas.
• Good knowledge of social networks and AdWords.
• Excellent English and Arabic languages, written and spoken.
